Senior Pastor: Mike Sager
Pastor Mike
has a passion for seeing lives changed by God's power (Word,
Spirit, and in the Body of Christ). Married to Holly, they are parents to Steve, Kristi and Luke. Among his hobbies
are family camping, boating, fishing, tubing and tennis. He
received a BA in Economics at the University of Washington-Seattle and M Div. at Talbot Seminary. He is currently working on
his D. Min.
through Trinity International University, Deerfield, Illinois.

Pastor: Pat Wester
Pastor Pat oversees day
to day operations
of the pastoral staff and family
ministries. His ministry passion
is helping people to
reach their potential in serving God. He and his wife Dawn are parents to Kara, Lisa and Andrew.
A Fosston High
graduate, he received a B.S. in Law Enforcement at Mankato State U, and
M. Div. at Bethel Theological Seminary. He enjoys the outdoors-
camping, canoeing, cutting wood, and racquetball. |
Relational Ministries
Pastor:
Hilmore Williams
Pastor Hilmore's greatest joy is to see
people coming to Christ. He encourages and connects with people at church and in the
community. He is married to Georgia (47 years.) His kids are
Julie, Darwin and Kim. He has seven grandkids and enjoys
fishing, reading and yard work. Favorite places to visit are
Grand Marais, Branson, Blackduck and Hawaii (not necessarily in
that order). |

Pa stor of Student Ministries:
David
Brogan He enjoys introducing students to see Jesus, seeing Him shape their
lives as they walk with Him down the road to adulthood. He is married to Tina and
parents to Eve, Philip, Susannah and Alex. He graduated from
Marshall High, the U of Wisconsin and from Denver Seminary
(Masters). Hobbies: bicycling, travel, model trains, relaxing with
family. |
Worship Leader: Heidi Anderson
Heidi is married to Jeff. They have four children: Eliza, Ethan,
Erin and Evan. Besides planning and leading Sunday worship,
Heidi and Jeff are involved with
the "Wired" 20 something group. She enjoys traveling, shopping,
painting, decorating, reading, singing, drama, and entertaining
friends and family. |

Executive Administrator: Judi Needham
Judi
desires
to use the gifts God has given to her to help
others. As executive administrator, she was once described as the
"paperwork lady." Married to Dave,
they're parents to Josh and
Rachel, and provide
a warm shelter for dog, Oreo. Her education
includes Woodbine Iowa High School and Iowa State U, graduating with
a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration. She spends free time scrapbooking, traveling, and cheering on her kids from the
bleachers or really uncomfortable chairs. |
Communications
Specialist: Diane Asprey
 Diane focuses her time on printed materials, the web, sermon
slides and communicating what is happening at Faith. She is a
graduate of Owatonna High School and Mankato Technical College
(commercial art). She is married to Mark. Their children include Hope, Clint, Casey & Holly. Her favorite place to visit: the
sandy beaches of Florida. |

Director of Operations: Michelle Williams 
Michelle specializes in facility
management, bookkeeping, computer management, playing drums
and working with the projection team. Born in Rapid City,
South Dakota, Michelle attended Bethel Baptist Christian School
and Western Dakota Vocational & Technical School (electronics
degree). She is married to Shawn, and parents of Connor and
Kelsey. In her free time she likes to cook, read, volunteer and
drink coffee. |
Principal Accompanist: Bonnie Collins 
In addition to
being our accompanist, Bonnie is our instrumental director and
the coordinator of the emergency e-mail prayer chain. She encourages
others to use their musical gifts and talents for Him. Born in Wilmar,
Minnesota,
she and husband Jerry have three grown
children, Andy, Jennifer, and Jake and four grandkids.

Secretary: Brenda Ide
We recently welcomed Brenda to our staff. She
brings lots of experience to her position here. At the North
Central U she completed a degree in music and Christian
Education. Brenda is married to Joel. Her children include
Marissa and David. Brenda enjoys live theatre, being around the
water, shopping and lunch with friends. Her passion
for
ministry includes worship through music. |

Nursery Supervisor:
Debra Lambertson
 Debra oversees the nursery as well as coordinating nursery volunteers.
Born in Austin, she received training in
banking, finance, secretarial, and word processing, and has an early
childhood diploma. Hobbies: collecting stamps,
foreign currency, travel, singing and sharing her faith.
